By selecting Dutchie Pay at checkout, you agree to the following:

1. Valid Identification Required
2. A valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented at pickup. The name on the ID must exactly match the name on the Dutchie account and order.
3. Account Name Match Policy
4. If the name on the ID does not match the name on the order, the transaction will not be completed. The customer will be required to create a new account with the correct legal name before placing a new order.
5. No Third-Party Pickup
6. We do not accept third-party pickups, including Uber, courier services, or any delivery drivers. Orders must be picked up by the individual who placed the order.
7. Payment Authorization
8. By using Dutchie Pay, you authorize the store to process the payment for the total order amount at the time of pickup.
9. Right to Refuse Service
10. The store reserves the right to refuse any transaction that does not comply with these terms or applicable state regulations.

By proceeding with Dutchie Pay, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

9am - 9pm daily.

*By law, we are prohibited from making sales past 9pm. Online Pick Up orders only after 8:45pm.

Return Policy

NO RETURNS ARE IMMEDIATE

There are no returns/exchanges, unless the product is defective. Defective products will only be exchanged within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly dispensary. We do require that all dogs be on a leash while in the dispensary (including service dogs), for everyone's safety.
